Riparian Restoration Elbow Park

July 10, 2023 - July 14, 2023

Calgary River Valleys (CRV) is looking for some volunteers to help restore a riparian (river-adjacent) area in Elbow Park between July 10 and 14, between 9:00 am and 4:30 pm. Volunteers will be supervised by our contractors, Leaf Ninjas, who are professional landscapers, and working alongside CRV staff and volunteers.

You can sign up for a date & time block from our EventBrite link; use the drop-down menu in the When & Where section and sign yourself up for any morning or afternoon shift, or both, for one or more days. Further details are on the EventBrite. Note: CRV & Leaf Ninjas will provide volunteers with work gloves, digging and planting tools, lunch, water, and snacks. Volunteers are also free to bring their own gloves, tools, and food if they’d prefer.
